Order a whole lamb and enjoy premium, customer-specified or customized cuts ready for your freezer. Each whole lamb weighs approximately 70–75 lbs once processed and is expertly processed into convenient, flavorful portions.

Delivery & Shipping Information

We typically ship orders on Mondays or Tuesdays via FedEx Express or Home Delivery, depending on your location. Shipping rates are determined by FedEx and include insulated packaging and dry ice to maintain product integrity.

While we aim to ship your order as soon as possible, please note that delays may occur, particularly around holidays. If you have a specific delivery date in mind, let us know – we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Additional charges may apply for overnight shipping or special packaging requirements. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will include a surcharge to account for increased shipping costs.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.

Packaging & Product Care

All of our lamb meat is:

USDA inspected
Vacuum sealed for freshness
Flash frozen and hand-packed to ensure top quality

Each shipment includes:

An insulated cooler
An insulating liner
Subzero gel packs to maintain the proper temperature

Your order may arrive frozen, partially thawed, or chilled (below 42°F). This is normal and safe as long as the meat remains cold to the touch. Please follow the instructions in our Shipping Information tab for safe thawing and storage once your order arrives.
